We accept VISA, MasterCard, & Paypal as well as all credit cards accepted through Paypal.   We also accept debit cards, provided that they issued by MasterCard or Visa, as well as personal checks, cashier's checks, bank checks, & money orders.  Allow additional time for processing if paying by check.

**NantucketWorld does not accept cash as a form of payment for online purchases.  Any amounts received shall be immediately returned to sender - postage due.  Nantucketworld shall not be responsible for cash payment or any portion of said amount of cash sent as payment for online purchases.  If, for any reason, you are unable to pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal, or personal check, please send your payment in the form of cashier's check, money order, or bank check.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. NantucketWorld reserves the right at anytime after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. In some cases we may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Sales Tax
NantucketWorld shall automatically charge 5% sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Service and Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their term's and conditions.  Please feel free to contact us if you are unable to resolve any issues.

RETURN POLICY
NantucketWorld products are guaranteed against defects for 30 business days unless otherwise stated. However, in the event of a defective product Nantucketworld must be notified within 15 days of the delivery date in order to claim refund or replacement for said product. NantucketWorld does not cover insurance charges or tracking/confirmation charges. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If a large product is defective, we may recommend repairing or replacing damaged parts of these products rather than reshipping the entire product.

*Non-defective products may be returned for a credit (minus "actual" shipping charges and a 10% restocking charge) within 15 days of the product's shipping date as long as the item or items are in the original manufacturer's package with all manuals and accessories and in brand new resalable condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products.

Stock Availability
Advertised merchandise is generally in stock. If an item is out of stock for unpredictable reasons, we will contact the buyer and refund the purchase immediately.
